• Project Manager, London based
• Overseeing ceilings, partitions, dry lining on three to four different projects
• Luxury hotel refurb schemes across London

Join an established fitout/refurb contractor and oversee a number of projects across the capital. You’ll specifically take on the suspended ceilings, partitions, dry lining working closely with the other project manages and directors.

What you’ll need:

• At least 5 years experience with a Specialist Subcontractor working on construction fit out projects, delivering similar packages (drywall, suspended ceilings, wall & floor finishes)
• Knowledge of logistics management and inspection processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• SMSTS, NVQ6 or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Experience with CAD a real plus
