You’ll be the commercial lead on this prestigious scheme in the heart of the capital. With plenty of complex elements, you’ll be trusted to manage the numbers and work closely with the client’s representatives and your own project management team, reporting directly into the Group Commercial Director.

You’ll need to have something like 10 years post grad experience and a track record of commercially running projects £50m+ . A real must have though, is experience with self-delivery projects. Nothing is subcontracted out, every element is delivered with their own in-house staff/resources.

Salary £100k to £120k + benefits.
