This well-established firm has been going strong for over 50 years, handling everything from demolition and strip-out to structural work and façade retention. They’re a principal contractor, working directly with clients, developers, and agents, mainly across Zone 1 in London.

With plenty of projects lined up, they’re looking to bring in another Quantity Surveyor to manage a couple of projects (typically between £1m and £5m). You’ll report to the Head of Commercial and the MD, splitting your time between the office in Central London and the sites you’re overseeing.

What we’re after:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or something similar
• Solid experience in the UK construction industry (this is a must)
• Experience with specialist contractors (demolition, enabling works, civils, etc.)
• A track record working on Central London projects
