Demolition Contracts Manager – Oxfordshire
£70,000 + Car + Benefits

A leading specialist demolition contractor is looking for an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to run projects across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple demolition jobs, overseeing site teams, dealing with clients, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing demolition contracts

• Strong Health & Safety knowledge

• Confident managing site teams and subcontractors

• Able to handle multiple projects at once

• CCDO Demolition Managers card preferred

• Full UK driving licence
