Projects Coordinator/Administrator opportunity – Construction sector

Fantastic opportunity to join a busy specialist mechanical & electrical contractor who install Fire Alarms, CCTV and carry out electrical work across London and the south east.

You’ll be based full time in their Rochester head office and report into the Contracts Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, ensuring smooth progress and client updates.
  • Support Contracts Managers with planning, meetings, and daily/weekly reporting.
  • Manage client portal, trackers, and quote approvals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and seek process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Educated to NVQ/Diploma level or equivalent.

Salary £28k +bens.
