Commercial Manager – Specialist Civils Division
London (Zone 2)

A leading £200m civils contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to take the No.1 commercial role within a £30m specialist division.

Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director, you’ll have full ownership of commercial performance, with a clear mandate to help scale the business over the next five years.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’re not just managing projects – you’re helping shape a division.

The role

• Lead all commercial activity across a live project portfolio
• Own cost, value, forecasting, and margin performance
• Drive procurement, contracts, and risk management
• Partner closely with operations to ensure profitable delivery
• Manage and develop the commercial team
• Play a key role in strategic decision-making alongside the Divisional MD

• Strong track record of delivering commercial performance
