A fast-growing specialist contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team, delivering complex enabling works, cut & carve, demolition, structural alterations, and civils projects across London.

The Role
You’ll take commercial responsibility across multiple live projects (£1m to £5m), working closely with operational teams to keep projects commercially strong and running smoothly.
Key duties include:
- Cost control, valuations, variations, and subcontractor management
- Commercial support across enabling works and structural projects
- Forecasting, reporting, and risk management
- Supporting procurement and project delivery teams

What They’re Looking For
- Experience within groundworks, enabling works, civils, or structural alterations
- Comfortable managing projects up to £5m
- Commercially aware and confident working independently
- Strong subcontractor and cost management experience
