I’m working exclusively on a confidential search for an exceptional Project Director to take full responsibility for the delivery of a flagship £100m+ heavy civils scheme.

This is a rare opportunity to step into the number one leadership role on the project, reporting directly to the Contracts Director and driving the successful delivery of a high-profile, technically challenging infrastructure project from start to finish.

This isn’t just about delivering a major project – it’s about leading in a complex, high-profile environment where stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and exceptional leadership are just as important as technical expertise. You’ll be managing key client relationships, navigating a politically sensitive landscape and leading a high-performing project team to achieve outstanding results.

• Extensive experience delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• A proven track record of successfully leading projects valued at £100m+.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor or (ideally) a well-established Tier 2 contractor.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build collaborative relationships and successfully lead complex project teams.
