Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking to take the lead on major civil engineering/RC Frame tenders with one of London’s most respected specialist contractors?

You’ll play a pivotal role in securing complex civil engineering schemes while developing your own career within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you’ll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle—from pre-qualification through to final tender submission. Your ability to produce compelling, high-quality bids will directly contribute to winning projects typically valued between £5m and £30m.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence major business opportunities and work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing successful bids within the civil engineering, infrastructure or construction sectors (essential).
• Outstanding written communication and bid-writing skills.
• The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach.
• A genuine passion for producing winning submissions and contributing to business growth.
