We’re seeking an individual with a specialist contractor/tier one civil engineering background for this London based specialist civil engineering group. You’ll need experience delivering NEC or FIDIC contracts over £50m across the UK and have expertise within sectors such as Aviation, infrastructure, Defence, Commercial, Rail, Marine and Energy.

This is an opportunity to join this contractor at an extremely exciting time, due to a huge number of recently secured contracts, and contribute to the next major growth phase over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management on infrastructure/civils schemes across the UK.
• Monitor progress, manage risk and achieve project milestones
• Build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts.
• Manage project data to drive profitability and collaborate with commercial teams
• Promote safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within your teams

About you:

• Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Well connected with 10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the civil engineering/infrastructure sector/trends
• Experience managing large, complex civil engineering projects
• First class safety record

Salary circa £150k + benefits/package
