Fantastic opportunity to join a young, growing specialist structures contractor.

The MD/owner established the company only 4 years ago and they’ve been carefully and steadily growing since, with the next year looking like they’ll land two of their biggest projects to date – so the future looks very exciting.

This is a great time to join as the company as they are now established but they’re still relatively small – so an exciting opportunity to grow with the business.

You’ll work closely with the MD and support him with the commercials on each of their projects (currently four) based in their head office. You’ll be involved in monthly valuations, negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, cost reporting, cost monitoring, project financial performance, subcontractor procurement etc.

So what do you need?

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management (or similar – HNC, HND etc.)
2. Three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a contractor (ideally specialist or subcontractor)
3. Experience with UK contractors on UK projects
