Want to solve complex structural challenges before construction even begins?

Join a leading specialist basement and structural engineering contractor with over 30 years’ experience delivering London’s most technically demanding high-end residential refurbishment and structural alteration projects, valued up to £15m.

You’ll develop construction methodologies, influence early-stage designs, create temporary works solutions, and help shape the successful delivery of landmark schemes. You’ll combine this with calculated cost estimates to create compelling tenders for submission to your clients.

The Role

• Develop construction sequencing and delivery strategies.
• Design temporary works, excavation support, and ground engineering solutions.
• Improve buildability, safety, programme, and cost efficiency.
• Support early-stage planning, risk management, and project handovers.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, and delivery teams.
• Complete tenders and submit to clients.

About You

• Experience in basement construction, geotechnical engineering, or temporary works.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction sequencing.
• Practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Civil/Structural Engineering or QS degree or equivalent site engineering experience.
• Experience pricing projects and presenting to clients
