I’m partnered with one of London’s leading specialist contractors who take on inner city schemes up to £40m in value. The scope of works they focus on:

• Demolition/enabling works
• Cut & carve
• Basement box construction
• Piling/groundworks
• RC superstructure

They’re looking for an individual who’s looking to step up into Project Management. You’ll join a relatively new project in London WC1 and get to work closely with the Senior Project Manager, particularly focussed on the RC Frame element – so a decent working knowledge of RC structures is needed. Further on, you’ll get to learn other specialisms – cut & carve, basements, façade retention etc.
