Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing Fire Protection contractor.

You’ll play a key part in the next stage of their growth.

• Take on responsibility for a key contract(s) within the social housing sector
• Oversee all new enquiries/bids from the client and be motivated to grow the revenue accordingly
• Manage and motivate your supervisors and the workforce and employ new operatives as and when
• Work closely with the Contracts/Operations Manager on growth plans, new business areas, operational improvements
• Liaise with various contacts within your client(s) to build relationships and generate new business

This role is to be based full time in their head office in Rochester, Kent apart from time spent visiting projects and clients.

Salary: £45k + benefits
