This contractor, part of a larger civils group (£250m turnover) has had a successful few months securing some brilliant projects, starting from January onwards. They take on complex schemes across the capital, so you’ll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to £20m in value.

Desired skills/experience:

1. Excellent client liaison skills, solid ability to build rapport and work closely with developers/consultants
2. Experience with complex London zone 1 projects – logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, façade retention etc.
3. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
4. Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve
5. MUST have UK/London experience
