They focus on high quality, bespoke projects across London and the home counties. Every element is managed in-house – a true one stop shop service is offered meaning their clients only need to engage with the one company across the entire lifecycle of a project.

You’ll join a team that understands that a happy client usually means a repeat client! Every effort is made to ensure the journey and end project is exactly what’s wanted. No compromises.

So, what about you.

You’ll need to have a pretty solid track record of delivering commercial fitout projects across London. You need to be good with clients and be prepared to wear a few other hats if need be (as you’d expect from a smaller contractor). Ultimately, you’ll need to genuinely care about the projects you’re running – a real cornerstone of their success so far.

The future! You’ll be joining at a time when the business is growing. In a few years, you could be an Operations Manager, or above, looking after your own region or sector. The business will only continue to grow with the right people.

From day one, you’ll be trusted to work across your projects as you see fit, without having to “clock in” anywhere. They’ll be a monthly update meeting where you’ll report on your projects etc. and that’s about it. There’s plenty of support where needed too, but essentially it will feel like it’s your business.
