- Quantity Surveyor
- Aylesbury two days a week, three days on site/WFH
- Enabling works projects £500k to £5m
- £350 to £400 p/d
A rapidly growing enabling works contractor, operating nationwide, is looking to strengthen it’s commercial function.
You’ll take on a few projects and work closely with the site teams and clients, taking on responsibility for the commercials from preconstruction to final account.
Plenty of flexibility, just be in the office a couple of days a week to report on your projects etc.
What’s needed?
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
- Experience with enabling works, structural alterations, newbuild.
- Strong communicator and good work ethic
