This contractor, part of a larger construction group, has started 2024 strongly with a number of new projects underway and planned for later this year.

This growth means they need to strengthen their commercial team. You’ll take on two or three projects, each valued £1m to £3m, reporting into the Commercial Director. The majority of your time will be spent across the sites you’re responsible for, with maybe a day or two a week in the head office (near Aldgate tube station)

Experience within enabling/demolition, although not essential, would be a real plus. If not, experience working for a specialist subcontractor would be good, as well as a track record running more than one project at a time.
