• Quantity Surveyor
• Specialist flooring solutions contractor, established 10 years
• Key sectors – airports, rail and transport
• Based in Tilbury, Essex
• Salary £60k to £70k (dependant on experience)

You’ll be joining at a time of rapid, planned growth with a target of doubling the turnover (currently £15m) during the next few years – so a great time to be part of this exciting strategy.

You’ll oversee several projects at any one time, ranging from £50k up to £1m. These will likely be as a specialist subcontractor working directly for tier one main contractors, or as a principal contractor working directly for their client.

Once you’re settled in, they’ll provide you with targets/info on getting promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond.
