A busy, growing passive fire protection contractor is looking for a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to support ongoing projects across Kent, London and Essex. You’ll act as the main link between residents and the site team—ensuring people are well-informed, appointments are managed efficiently, and any concerns are handled quickly and professionally.

What you’ll be up to:

• Communicate upcoming works clearly to residents
• Arrange access, appointments, and follow-up visits
• Respond to queries and help resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth project delivery

• Experience in housing, construction, or customer service
