One of London’s leading civil engineering groups is looking for a Senior QS to join it’s London commercial team.

You’ll look after one or two projects with typical project values of £20m to £50m. Works involve enabling, piling, groundworks and concrete structures. Projects will be major landmark schemes in the capital, so you’ll be spending time on your projects as well as the central London head office.

Critically, operating as a Quantity Surveyor within self delivery rather than traditional subcontractor procurement, or at least having experience within this model, would be essential in terms of experience.

We also need you to be degree/masters qualified and have a solid track record working in the same specialist sector, preferably in the central London market.

There’s a fairly flat structure, meaning plenty of scope for career development. You’ll report directly into the commercial director, so lots of exposure and autonomy from day one.

Together with package add-ons and bonuses, you’ll be comfortably earning in excess of six figures.
